Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept clients outside of the UK?

Yes, you can purchase my plan wherever you live! The payment is processed securely in GBP. Your bank/card provider will handle conversion if needed. Also if you speak French I can do the coaching in French, just send me a message and I will send you the required documents in French. :)

I'm a beginner. Is it okay?

Absolutely. I work with beginners and advanced clients. Men and women. I’ll guide you step-by-step.

Is there an age limit?

My custom programs are for anyone as long as you are 18 or older. It doesn’t matter if you’re a skinny young man or an old Grandma, my plans are suitable for everyone.

How long can I really follow a program for?

The starting program is for 3 months. After that we can decide for how long do you still want to be trained by me, it can be 6 months, 1 year, …

Do I need a Gym membership?

It is better, that’s how you get real results. In my PDF guide there is a small section about how to choose the right Gym. Now if you have a home gym, that's great! But if needed I can also offer you a program without equipment, but that's less optimal for you to reach your goal. Feel free to contact me in the form below if you have any questions.

Do you offer refunds?

Custom plans take a great deal of effort and time from myself and are exempt from refunds. Due to the time and effort involved in a custom plan, I do not offer refunds. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, do let me know by sending an email through the “contact me” form below.

Also it will help you to not give up and to be sure you reach your goal.

How soon will I receive my plan?

You will receive your plan usually within 1 to 3 days depending on how busy I am. The 3 months only start once I’ve sent you everything, so even if I had to take a week to make your plan, that week would not be part of the 3 months.
